Fluke is still your best shot off the surf during the day. Scattered blues and bass roaming around. Sharks at night hitting bunker chunks and mackerel. 7-8 pound blues hanging out in the back bay hitting top water plugs in a few spots behind IBSP. Crabbing is very good in the Toms River.
